An offering to the Orixa Omulu
You will need:
01 pillar candle in white
01 bowl (must be white or clear and must be new)
03 handfuls of popcorn
01 heart shaped paper with full name written inside the heart (paper must be white and you must draw the heart then write your full name within heart)
Instructions:
Pop the popcorn in a pot or pan without any salt or oil – do not let it burn!
Place heart with name inside bowl, and then rub the popcorn through body and place in bowl. Light the candle and ask Omulu to help you with your ailment.
After this ritual, you will need to have 03 herbal baths (bath mixture is called ‘clear your path’). This mixture can be purchased at Zen Spiritual.

Crystals – How to energise them using the moon
You will need:
3 crystals
Mineral water
Rock salt (3 handfuls)
A porcelain bowl, white in colour
Instructions:
Place the 3 crystals in the white bowl. Add mineral water along with the salt and leave by the window overnight (or outside where it can receive vibrations and energy from the moon).
The next day, wash the crystals with mineral water. They are now ready to be used for your rituals, or you can carry it in your bag for protection. They can also be used to energise a special bath (please note that after a bath, crystals will need to be energised again).
You can use this moon ritual every time you feel your crystals need to be energised, best practice is to do it every fortnight.
Talisman for protection against spells and Jealousy

You will need:
10 cm of black cloth
1 velvet bean (seed)
1 coin
1 horse-eye bean
1 stem of rosemary
A needle (unused)
3 dinner candles: 1 black, 1 white and 1 red
Red thread
Making the talisman:
On the black cloth place the velvet bean, the coin, the rosemary stem and the horse-eye bean. Fold and using the new needle and red thread, stitch the edges to seal its contents. Once finished, light the 3 candles to Exu (African deity who guides us on the road of life), asking him (Exu Elegbara) for protection, that he may keep away jealousy and break any spells cast against you.
When the ritual is finished, place the talisman in your bag or purse/wallet and carry it with you.
